Furniture will usually ship within 2 weeks but on occasion can be 1-6 weeks. If at the time of order, we find a furniture item has an extended ship time expected, we will notify you via email.
After placing an order with us you will receive a receipt via e-mail with your order number. This order number can be used on our Index Page to access the status of your order and to get the tracking number when it ships. Click on the Order Status Button, then enter your order number. Once your order has been received at our office the Order Status will show "Processing" on the status until it ships.
