Our Shopping operates in "Secure Mode" for your informations protection. Note that the addess shown shows https rather than just http when the Cart pages are accessed. The "s" shows it is secure. Step One -
Adding an Item To The Cart
To add an item to the Shopping Cart select the quantity of the item you wish to purchase (this can be changed later) then click on the "Add to Cart" Button next to it. (This can always be removed) |

Step Two - Review Order, Update Quantities, Delete Order or Check Out
You will be taken to the secure "Cart" Page to View your order or to Check Out.
On this page you can update the quantity wanted and/or delete the order.
If your order is complete click on the "Check-Out" Button to finish placing your order.
If you wish to continue shopping click on the "Continue Shopping" Button to continue shopping and adding items to your cart.
(At any time you can click on the "Cart" Button on any page through out the site to return to View your order or to Check Out.) |

Step Three - Coupon, Billing and Shipping To Information
After clicking on the "Check-Out" Button you will be taken next to the Check Out page. Here you will need to fill out the information needed to process your order.
Discount Coupons
On this page you can enter a Discount Coupon Code (If you have One) in the "Code:" Box at the top of the form to receive the discount you were offered on your order. Discount Coupons are sent out through our Newsletter.
Ship To Different Address
Also on this page, if you wish your Order sent to an address that is different than your Credit Card address ("Billing Address") you can enter this information here. Handy for long distance gift giving! We even have a place to enter a note to be enclosed with your order for gift giving here.
After filling out the information requested on this page click on the "Continue" Button at the bottom of the page. |

Step Four - Credit Card Information
This will take you to the Billing Info page showing you first, a review of your order showing shipping cost, then as you scroll down a form requesting your Credit Card information.
After entering your information at the end of this page you will see a "Continue-Final-Order-Form" Button. Click on this Button to continue placing your Order. |

Step Five - Completing Your Order
This page shows your Order Number and a review of the information you filled in prior.
You can print out this page for your records then click on the "Send Order Now" Button to Complete your Order.
(Your Order is not complete until you click on the "Send Order Now" Button) |

Step Six - "Order Sent" page
If your order was processed successfully you will be taken to the "Order Sent" page and will receive an e-mail receipt shortly at the email address you entered during ordering.
If you do not get sent to the "Order Sent" page your order was not completed.
If your order was completed and you do not receive a receipt via email it is possible you entered an incorrect email address. Please contact us to check to make sure the order went through. |

After placing an order with us you will receive a receipt via e-mail with your order number, if you entered a valid email address at the time of placing the order. This order number can be used on our Home Page:
http://www.bestofthehome.com by clicking on the Order Status Button and
entering your Order number when prompted.
"Received and Processing" will show when your order is received at our office and until you order is shipped. When you order does ship, the ship date, carrier and tracking number will then be listed.
Best Of The Home Will show on your Credit Card Statement.
